Our Product Certification
Objectives
To ensure the Certificate Declaration (MYQAS-F-25) has been signed before issuance of certificate, and that all Terms & Conditions have been read and acknowledged
To ensure all Impartiality & Confidentiality Declaration forms MYQAS-F11(CAC), MYQAS-F12(PCC), MYQAS-F13(Appeal) and MYQAS-F14(audit), have been signed.
To control the usage of MYQAS Mark (Track & Trace)
To ensure continued product conformity through regular Surveillance Audits
To establish Product Certification Committee (PCC) to endorse the certification
To establish an Certification Advisory Committee (CAC) meeting at least once a year to ensure impartiality, confidentiality and non-discrimination
